After 100 years of earthquakes, much of our world has been lost and the last remnants of humanity have taken refuge in the sky–Halcyon City: A sprawling metropolis built using an advanced magnetic technology known as Ferrotech.  But deep within its walls, two teens from opposite worlds are pulled together to save their city from destruction, even though everything they touch seems to fall apart.
